Privacy Policy

Halation Film Camera collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising identifiers, no third-party SDKs and no servers. Your photographs and videos never leave your device unless you deliberately share them yourself.

This policy covers the iOS application Halation Film Camera, published by Alejandro Hernandez Mitre (“the developer”, “we”). You can reach us at vamosmexico2018.ahm@gmail.com.

Data we collect

None. Stated plainly, and without exceptions buried further down this page:

• We do not collect personal information — no name, email address, phone number, or contact details.
• We do not use analytics or crash-reporting services of any kind.
• We do not use advertising identifiers, and the app contains no advertising.
• We do not embed third-party SDKs, trackers, pixels, or measurement kits.
• There is no account to create and no login. Nothing identifies you to us, because nothing is sent to us.
• We operate no servers for this app. There is no backend to store anything on.

Your photos and videos

Photos and videos are captured, graded and processed entirely on your device. The film look is applied by the app on your iPhone at the moment of capture. Your captures are never transmitted anywhere — not to us, and not to any third party.

Captures are stored in the app’s own private storage on the device. When you choose to save one, it is written to your own Photos library on the same device. That is the full extent of where your images travel.

Deleting the app removes the captures held in the app’s own storage. Anything you already saved to your Photos library stays in your Photos library and is yours to manage.

Permissions the app asks for

iOS asks your permission before the app can use these. Each one is used only for the purpose stated here, and for nothing else.

Camera

Required. Used to show the live viewfinder so you can compose, and to capture photos and video. The camera feed is processed on device in real time and is never recorded to anywhere outside the app.

Microphone

Used only while you are recording video, to capture the audio that goes with your clip. The app does not listen or record when you are not filming. If you decline, video still records — silently.

Photo Library (Add Only)

Used to save the photos and videos you choose to keep into your Photos library. This is an add-only permission: the app does not read, browse, or index your existing library.

You can review or change any of these at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security, or in Settings › Halation on your iPhone.

Sharing and selling

No data is shared with, sold to, rented to, or otherwise disclosed to third parties — because no data is collected in the first place. There are no data brokers, partners, or affiliates involved in this app.

Tracking

Nothing in Halation Film Camera is used to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. No tracking occurs, so App Tracking Transparency does not apply and the app does not present a tracking request.

Children’s privacy

The app collects no data from anyone, including children. There is no account creation, no profile, no messaging, and no user-generated content leaving the device — so there is nothing for a child to disclose to us, intentionally or otherwise.

Your rights

Rights such as access, correction, portability and erasure exist to give you control over data a company holds about you. We hold none. If you would like confirmation of that in writing, write to us and we will reply with exactly what this page says.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected here before or alongside the app update that causes them. This page is the authoritative version.
