Unseat

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Unseat does not require an account, serve advertisements, use analytics, or send personal data to a developer-operated server. Your profile, check-ins, reminder preferences, and movement history stay in the app's local SwiftData store on your device.

Apple Health access is optional and read-only. If you grant permission, Unseat reads today's step count, exercise minutes, and stand hours to adapt a movement suggestion. Health data is processed on device and is not used for advertising or shared with third parties.

Apple Intelligence is optional and runs through Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework when available. It may only reorder movements already approved by Unseat and draft a short coaching line. If unavailable or invalid, Unseat uses its deterministic local planner.

Notifications are scheduled locally within the work hours you choose. You can disable Health access or notifications at any time in iOS Settings. Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to normal device backup behavior controlled by Apple.
