Pomodoro AI is a focus timer. Run 25/5 cycles or build your own, keep the timer on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, and read on-device Focus Insights about the hours you actually focus.

Quick help

Today starts a focus cycle. Break and focus lengths are in Settings.
The Live Activity shows the running timer on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Turn it off in Settings if you prefer.
Notifications fire when a cycle ends. Allow them in iOS Settings → Notifications → Pomodoro AI.
Focus Insights are generated on this iPhone from your own session history. Nothing is uploaded.
Pomodoro AI Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Reinstalled the app or changed phones? Use Restore purchase in Settings.
Home Screen widgets and premium themes are part of Pro.
Deleting the app removes every session and insight.
