Poise is a posture check-in timer with a 20-second reset. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat injury.

Quick help

Today shows your score and the next check-in.
Start a 20-second reset when the reminder fires, or start one yourself.
History is a private calendar of completed check-ins.
Change language in Settings. English, Spanish, and French are included.
Turn off 7:00 and 19:00 reminders in the app Settings or in iOS Settings.
Deleting the app removes check-in history.
