Privacy Policy

Poise does not create accounts and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. It contains no analytics SDK, advertising SDK, tracking technology, backend, or third-party network client.

Check-in history, daily scores, reminder interval, language selection, notification preferences, and onboarding status are stored locally on your device. Optional motion activity is used on-device to time check-ins and is not uploaded. Optional HealthKit mindful minutes are written only if you allow Health access. Deleting the app removes these records.

Optional local reminders at 7:00 and 19:00 can be disabled in Settings or in iOS system settings. They are scheduled on-device.

If Apple Intelligence is available on your device, it may write a one-line daily tip from today's score. That processing stays on device. Poise still works with bundled copy when Apple Intelligence is off.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details.
